I am able to provide monthly superbills, which may enable you to receive partial reimbursement from other insurance providers or employee assistance programs.
****Insurance companies cover treatment for individuals with a mental health diagnosis for whom mental health counseling is medically necessary. During our initial consultation & intake session, we will discuss what this means in your case. To comply with insurance requirements, I engage in a collaborative diagnosis and treatment planning process with therapy participants that includes formal & informal assessment, setting goals, keeping notes & tracking progress.****
This healing is grounded in liberation & anti-racist values. I offer accountability, respect & gratitude to Lummi, Nooksack and Coast Salish People.
In therapy together, we'll work to heal from the collective trauma of colonialism
and white supremacy.
relationship therapy
for couples, polycules,
& adult families
I am available to support your relationship, weekly or biweekly.
Perhaps you & your partner or family member(s) know each other well, but want to be closer and more trusting of one another. Together we can support you to figure out what's missing, to communicate from the heart & to show up for each other in ways that feel right.
I offer 90-minute sessions at my nature-based therapy space,
where we have space to deepen your connection & time to explore
and resolve challenges.
I am trained in Gottman Relationship Therapy (level 1), non-violent communication & mediation. I incorporate Polyvagal Theory in Therapy, which emphasizes co-regulation of nervous systems to support physical and emotional safety & connection.
therapy intensives
focused time for care & change
3-6 longer sessions to support deep healing
and purposeful change
for individuals & relationships
scheduling autumn 2026
Intensives (brief/short-term therapy) take place at my nature-based therapy space or a place of the participant's choice in Whatcom Co., & are not covered by insurance due to their longer length (1.5+ hours).
A therapy intensive may be helpful if you're
- recovering from a recent traumautic experience
- grieving a death, loss, or unwanted change
- needing repair or reconnection with your partner
- seeking embodied exploration & deeper understanding of what you've worked on in talk therapy
- working towards a meaningful goal
Brainspotting can help orient you towards empowerment
& possibility so that change may happen quickly.
Brief intensive therapy isn't the right approach
for all people in all situations, though.
If you're curious about taking the time together to support your healing, please reach out.

I am privileged to invite therapy participants (adults 25+)
to my safe & private nature-based therapy office in the Geneva neighborhood of Bellingham, WA.
For folks seeking virtual therapy, I use doxy.me, a HIPAA-compliant platform, that protects your privacy & information.
The primary tool I use to support peoples' growth and healing is called Brainspotting. It is a body-based and emotion-focused mindfulness practice that promotes positive change by connecting the gaze of your eyes with your inner experience.
